Refund & Cancellation Policy

- No refunds for partial months after the first 7 days.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription in your dashboard. No cancellation fees apply.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your audit reports remain accessible until the end of the billing period, then are subject to your plan's history limits.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with SEO-Snap, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund:
- Email billing@seosnap.in with subject line: "Refund Request — [your email]"
- Include your registered email address and reason for the refund (optional but helpful).
- We will process the refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Note: The 7-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase. It does not apply to renewal charges or plan upgrades.
3. No Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day guarantee window, subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly renewal charges.
- Plan upgrades (you are immediately moved to the higher plan).
- Cases where you forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
We recommend setting a reminder to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to use the Service.
4. Exceptions — When We Issue Refunds Outside Policy
We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
- We experience a service outage of more than 48 continuous hours that prevents you from using the platform.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error on our side.
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation.
To report any of the above, contact billing@seosnap.in with your invoice number and description of the issue.
