Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SEO-Snap ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and SEO-Snap.

2. Description of Service

SEO-Snap provides automated website auditing services covering SEO (Search Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). The Service generates reports, improvement recommendations, and downloadable PDFs. Results are provided for informational purposes — we do not guarantee specific ranking improvements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • SEO-Snap is a subscription service billed monthly. Plans are Starter (₹499/month), Growth (₹1,249/month), and Agency (₹3,999/month).
  • Billing begins on the date you subscribe and recurs automatically every month.
  • You authorise us (via Razorpay or Stripe) to charge your payment method on each billing date.
  • If a payment fails, your account will be placed in a grace period. Continued failure will result in subscription suspension.
  • Prices are in INR for Indian users and USD for international users. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not prorate refunds for partial months — see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit.
  • Use the Service to audit competitors' sites in bulk for competitive intelligence scraping.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the audit engine or reports.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission (except Agency white-label plan).
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the audit queue beyond your plan's limits.
  • Upload or submit any URL containing illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

The SEO-Snap platform, including its software, design, audit engine, and report templates, is owned by SEO-Snap and protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of the website data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • Audit results will be 100% accurate or complete.
  • Following our recommendations will result in improved search rankings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO-Snap's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your access to reports will end. Invoice records will be retained as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If you are an international user, you agree to this jurisdiction for the purposes of resolving disputes related to the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
